It was a very important day in our office as our CEO was visiting our branch. My boss was supposed to deliver a presentation on the annual performance of our branch. That is why he wanted to use HDTV of the office for the presentation which will give even better look to his presentation. The only way to use HDTV at that time was by connecting it to mac laptop of my boss as the projector was out of order. The bad part was that the person who look after hardware and networking in our office was on leave. So there was nobody who knew how to connect mac to hdtv. So, my boss was getting upset and the CEO was about to arrive within few minutes. When I saw him and asked him why he was looking so nervous and upset, he told me that the projector is not working and no one is able to connect HDTV and Mac. I asked him whether I can try once and he agreed instantly. For my joy and surprise, I was able to connect it after a couple of attempts. I checked it and it was working fine. My boss was more than happy with me that time. |
